Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed over weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Timeframes We deliver across South Africa using our trusted courier partners, Aramexand The Courier Guy. Estimated delivery times are:
- Major cities (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria): 5–15 business days
- Regional and outlying areas: 5–20 business days
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can monitor your delivery in real time.
Damaged or Lost Parcels If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at [your email address] and we will resolve the matter promptly.
